Frame Menders' team of eyeglass frame repair specialists are ready to assist you. The team is headed by a Licensed Master Optician. If you can not make it to one of our locations in Rockville, College Park, or Washington DC, WE ACCEPT MAIL-INS !! Frame repairs may have similarities, but all have differences that make each one unique. Once we determine what needs to be done, we will quote you a price and obtain your approval before we begin.
Please follow the five (5) easy steps below:
Request a quote by EITHER filling out the "Request a Quote" form below OR by contacting us at 301.340.7100.
Once you receive your quote, you may pay through either one of the following methods:
a. Pay via PayPal by filling in the quoted amount below and clicking the PayPal button. With this option you can pay online and use either your PayPal account or any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) to complete your payment.
b. If you prefer not to pay online, include your credit card information on the 'mail-in form' (during Step 5).
3. PREPARING YOUR FRAMES FOR SHIPMENT
Please make sure you take the necessary precautions to protect your frames/lenses before mailing them to us. Using a hard case and/or bubble wrap will help ensure that they arrive to us in the same condition as when you packaged them. A padded envelope or small box will help to further protect your shipment.
4. SHIPPING YOUR FRAMES
We recommend that you send your frames certified and insured using your preferred carrier (see links below). We can not be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Complete The Mail-In Form
Please include the 'mail-in form' along with your broken frames regardless of which payment method you choose. You may omit the payment info on the mail-in form if you choose to pay online in Step 2. Please note, we cannot process your order without your signature on the mail-in form.
